Last January, the different SEARG delegates have received a demand for epidemiological data on rabies. Each delegate received a spreadsheet file where the different 1st level administrative regions of the country are identified. Data concerning rabies cases identified through laboratory tests in humans, dogs, other domestic animals and wildlife were asked with dog bites reports and rabies suspicion in humans; these were asked for each region and for the whole country.
